Farm Workers System
Through the Greek Farms digital platform, Greek producers currently have the ability to post job openings for specialized staff for limited periods, according to the needs of their crops and the stages of each cultivation (e.g., planting, harvesting, etc.).

The new feature will target both the domestic workforce and the recruitment of seasonal farm workers from neighboring countries.
When creating or editing a job posting, each producer will specify:
• the type of crop for which staff is needed,
• the nature of the work (cultivation stage),
• the employment period,
• and any additional benefits provided (e.g., housing, meals, etc.).

The Greek Farms worker attraction subsystem will include three distinct functions:

1. Job Posting Function – for offering work openings
2. Worker–Employer Communication Function
3. Administrative Support Function
