Farm Workers System

Through the Greek Farms digital platform, Greek producers are currently provided with the ability to publish job vacancies for specialized personnel for a limited period of time, depending on the needs of their crops and the stages of each cultivation process (e.g. planting, harvesting, etc.).

This specific functionality targets both the domestic workforce and the attraction of seasonal agricultural workers from third countries.

Each producer, when creating or editing a job posting for personnel recruitment, announces:
• the crop for which personnel is sought,
• the nature of the work (cultivation stage),
• the period of employment,
• and any additional benefits offered to the personnel (e.g. accommodation, meals, etc.).

The employee recruitment subsystem of Greek Farms includes job offer publication functionalities as well as a communication function between potential employees and employers.
