Digital Exhibition System
The system will support two main types of exhibitions in which certified exhibitors and buyers—who have registered in the system and created an appropriate detailed profile—can participate.
The types of exhibitions supported by the system are as follows:

1. Continuous Virtual Producers–Products Exhibition
   This exhibition will be a permanent virtual showcase in which all certified exhibitors participate using the basic profile they have created in the system, presenting their products and activities in detail.
2. Specialized Virtual Exhibitions at Specific Time Periods
   These exhibitions are more targeted and specialized. They will be dynamically created by the exhibition management system and include features such as:
   – A specific duration (start date – end date)
   – A focus on particular products or product categories (e.g. a wine exhibition)
   – Certified exhibitors in the system will need to register voluntarily to participate (not all certified exhibitors will participate automatically). Participants will create, via an appropriate admin interface, a specialized profile for the specific exhibition, highlighting the relevant product categories supported by the exhibition.

In addition to virtual exhibitions, the digital exhibition platform supports physical exhibitions or hybrid/mixed events, which may include:
– A physical exhibition held in an exhibition venue where exhibitors present their products in person
– A parallel virtual exhibition where exhibitors showcase their products via their system profile on the platform
– Buyers attending the physical exhibition can, after registering on the platform, search for producers and products and organize in-person meetings with producers—scheduled before the exhibition—but held during the event
– Buyers not attending the physical exhibition can still search for products and exhibitors and arrange virtual meetings via video conferencing or chat using the platform’s tools.
