The goal of the project is to create conditions for effective promotion of the overall platform through the multiplication of Greek Farms references, beyond executing paid advertising campaigns.
Users of the platform can be businesses that produce and distribute Greek foods and are served through the digital exhibition platform, as well as users who resell or transform Greek foods in recipes.
To this end, the platform will support the use of the system by food professionals, offering them—under certain conditions—the opportunity to acquire the Greek Farms badge in the exercise of their professional capacity. Registration of professional categories in the system will be cross-checked with interoperability services linked to relevant professional registries to ensure the identification of participants.
The following groups may claim the Greek Farms badge:
- Producer / Farmer
- Foodservice businesses and hotels
- Nutritionist, dietary specialist, cook, chef, etc.
- Food sales businesses
