Bitkisel lifler, demir ve B9 vitamini olarak da bilinen folik asit bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin olan baklagiller, y\u00fcksek protein i\u00e7eri\u011fi sayesinde oru\u00e7 d\u00f6nemlerinde veya vejetaryen ve vegan beslenenler i\u00e7in m\u00fckemmel bir se\u00e7enektir.<\/p>\n\n
