Haz\u0131rl\u0131k<\/strong>
Peyniri, yumurtalar\u0131, baharatlar\u0131 ve unu bir kaseye koyuyoruz. Tuz ve karabiber ekleyip malzemeleri iyice kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Ceviz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde toplar yap\u0131p (toplar \u015fekillenmezse biraz daha un ekliyoruz), unlad\u0131ktan sonra k\u0131zg\u0131n ya\u011fda her taraf\u0131 k\u0131zarana kadar k\u0131zart\u0131yoruz. Fazla ya\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcz\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in delikli kep\u00e7eyle mutfak ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131na al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130htiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan 1 litre suyu al\u0131p 5-6 damla sak\u0131z ya\u011f\u0131 ve lesitin ekliyoruz. Kaynad\u0131ktan sonra ocaktan al\u0131p el blenderiyle \u00e7\u0131rparak lesitinin tamamen erimesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Kullanmadan \u00f6nce hafif\u00e7e \u0131s\u0131t\u0131p (kaynama noktas\u0131na gelmemeli) el blenderi ile \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bir kat nar tanesi bir kat \u015feker olacak \u015fekilde, s\u0131rayla a\u011f\u0131r tabanl\u0131 bir tencereye koyuyoruz.
Limon suyunu ekliyoruz, tencerenin kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131yoruz ve 1,5 saat bekletiyoruz.
