HAZIRLIK<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pirinci y\u0131kay\u0131p bir kaseye koyup 30-60 dakika so\u011fuk suda bekletiyoruz.S\u00fczd\u00fckten sonra, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde su ve tuzla birlikte bir tencereye aktar\u0131yoruz.Orta ile y\u00fcksek aras\u0131 ate\u015fe kaynamaya ba\u015flay\u0131nca, yakla\u015f\u0131k 5 dakika ara s\u0131ra kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak, pirin\u00e7 neredeyse yumu\u015fayana ve \u00e7ok az s\u0131v\u0131 kalana kadar k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015firmeye devam ediyoruz. Ate\u015ften al\u0131p, kalan s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bekletiyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ba\u015fka bir tencereye 500 ml s\u00fct, limon kabu\u011fu rendesi, \u00e7ubuk tar\u00e7\u0131n ve sak\u0131z\u0131 ekliyoruz. Kabarmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak \u00e7ok k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte 5-7 dakika boyunca, s\u00fct baharatlar ve limonun aromas\u0131n\u0131 alana kadar hafif\u00e7e \u0131s\u0131t\u0131yoruz. Ate\u015ften al\u0131p bir kenara koyuyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u0131r\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6nceden 220\u00b0C’de \u0131s\u0131t\u0131yoruz (alt-\u00fcst ayar ya da fan modunda 200\u00b0C\u2019de) \u00f6nceden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u0131s\u0131r ni\u015fastas\u0131n\u0131 280 ml so\u011fuk s\u00fctte eritiyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir kapta, yumurta sar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekerle kremsi bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m elde edene kadar \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131yoruz. S\u00fct ve m\u0131s\u0131r ununu yava\u015f yava\u015f ekleyip, kabarana kadar kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya devam ediyoruz. Aromal\u0131 s\u00fct\u00fc s\u00fcz\u00fcp limon kabu\u011fu rendesiyle tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz. Yava\u015f\u00e7a ve a\u015famal\u0131 olarak s\u00fcz\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f s\u00fct\u00fc yumurta kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ekleyip, \u00e7\u0131rpma teliyle kuvvetlice \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 pirin\u00e7li tencereye geri koyup, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ile orta-ate\u015f aras\u0131nda 8-10 dakika boyunca tahta ka\u015f\u0131kla k\u0131vam almaya ba\u015flayana kadar s\u00fcrekli kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Bunu yaparken, pirincin tencerenin dibine yap\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131na ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n fazla koyula\u015fmamas\u0131na dikkat ediyoruz. Nispeten ak\u0131\u015fkan kalmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 6 adet f\u0131r\u0131n kab\u0131na b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. F\u0131r\u0131n kaplar\u0131n\u0131 derin bir tepsiye yerle\u015ftirip, s\u00fctla\u00e7 kapl\u0131 kaplar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar gelecek \u015fekilde tepsiye s\u0131cak su ekliyoruz (s\u00fctla\u00e7lar\u0131n \u0131slanmamas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyoruz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcstten ikinci raf\u0131nda 25-30 dakika, hafif\u00e7e kabar\u0131p y\u00fczeyleri k\u0131zarana kadar pi\u015firiyoruz. Biraz so\u011fumas\u0131n\u0131 bekleyip, \u00fczerine iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ince k\u0131y\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Aegina f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131 serpiyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
