Ayr\u0131 isimlere sahip bir\u00e7ok tarif kategorisini i\u00e7eren bu s\u00f6zc\u00fck, bir plaka \u00fczerinde pi\u015firilerek elde edilebilecek yayvan bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ifade eder. Antik tatl\u0131 plakuntas hem dini festivallerde ikram olarak hem de g\u00fcnl\u00fck yemeklerde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Plakuntaslar\u0131n, klasik ve Helenistik d\u00f6nem metinlerinde, \u00f6zellikle de antik komedide s\u0131k\u00e7a yer almalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda ne kadar yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Aristofanes&#8217;in Akarnal\u0131lar adl\u0131 eserinde dairesel \u015fekillerinden bahsedilir. Atina\u2019y\u0131 bu tatl\u0131lar\u0131n ilk ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer olarak g\u00f6ren Archestratus\u2019un ifade etti\u011fi gibi genellikle balla sunulurlar. Ancak antik mizah \u015fairi Sopatros&#8217;a g\u00f6re Samos da bu t\u00fcr tatl\u0131lar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer olarak an\u0131l\u0131r. Pl\u00fctark&#8217;a g\u00f6re de Samos&#8217;un plakuntas\u2019\u0131 me\u015fhurmu\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plakuntas kategorisinde olup da \u00f6zel bir isimle an\u0131lan <em>nastos<\/em> tarifi de Sfakia b\u00f6re\u011fine veya Ege Adalar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ball\u0131 b\u00f6re\u011fe \u00e7ok yak\u0131n bir tatl\u0131d\u0131r. Ferekrates\u2019in bahsetti\u011fi gibi bolca peynirle doldurulmu\u015f bir hamur i\u015fini and\u0131ran bu tatl\u0131ya ayn\u0131 isimle, Aristofanes\u2019in Ku\u015flar adl\u0131 eserinde de tanr\u0131lara ikram edilen ball\u0131 tatl\u0131 olarak rastlan\u0131r. Athenaeus, kurban ikram sepetinden \u00e7\u0131kan, ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 kokusuyla, s\u0131cak ve \u00fczerine bal s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck ve beyaz, ball\u0131 bir b\u00f6re\u011fi \u00f6ylesine canl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tasvir eder ki, hepimiz onu tatmak isteriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re bu b\u00f6rekler b\u00fcy\u00fck veya k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ebatlarda yap\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fcklerin, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de oldu\u011fu gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alara b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeleri gerekti\u011fini tahmin ediyoruz. Bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alar i\u00e7in de antik mizah \u015fairi Platon\u2019un ifade etti\u011fi <em>nastokopos<\/em> s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Plakus\u2019 kelimesi Latinceye placenda \u015feklinde ge\u00e7erek, bug\u00fcn Yunan mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Romanya, Macaristan ve Orta Avrupa mutfa\u011f\u0131nda da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Antik kelimeyi an\u0131msatan isimlere sahip g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz plakuntas\u2019\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli varyasyonlarda, tatl\u0131 ve tuzlu olarak s\u0131ras\u0131yla Lesvos Adas\u0131 ve Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131n Roman mutfa\u011f\u0131nda yufkal\u0131 b\u00f6rek olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar.
