Med det sagt s\u00e5 f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar nuvarande riktlinjer f\u00f6r att behandla h\u00f6gt blodtryck <strong>vikten av \u00e4ndrade matvanor<\/strong> som en viktig strategi och ett komplement till medicinsk behandling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En av de mest effektiva diet\u00e4ra strategierna \u00e4r att b\u00f6rja med medelhavsdieten<\/strong> vilken har uppm\u00e4rksammats f\u00f6r sina f\u00f6rdelar n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att minska blodtryck och fr\u00e4mja kardiovaskul\u00e4r h\u00e4lsa. Enligt nya kliniska studier har medelhavsdieten visats vara effektiv n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att minska systoliskt arteriellt tryck.
