Vissa sorter, som den svarta trumpetsvampen (Craterellus), anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6r sin smak och arom och kokades i getmj\u00f6lk. Och det \u00e4r inte konstigt att svampen kallades \u201dgudarnas mat\u201d. Svamp betraktades som ett exceptionellt v\u00e4rdefullt f\u00f6do\u00e4mne, likv\u00e4rdigt med k\u00f6tt b\u00e5de vad g\u00e4ller smak och n\u00e4ringsv\u00e4rde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personligen \u00e4lskar jag svamp f\u00f6r dess smak, konsistens och unika f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att ta upp aromer. Den \u00e4r min favorit n\u00e4r jag letar efter n\u00e5got smakrikt med karakt\u00e4r. Det h\u00e4r receptet p\u00e5 bakade champinjoner fyllda med haloumi \u00e4r ett av mina favoriter, eftersom det kombinerar smaken av champinjoner med intensiteten hos haloumin och \u00f6rterna, och ger en god men l\u00e4tt m\u00e5ltid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haloumifyllda champinjoner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30\u201340 medelstora vita champinjoner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 stor l\u00f6k, finhackad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 paket haloumi, finriven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153 kopp parmesan, finriven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persiljeblad, finhackade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tekopp olivolja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt och nymalen svartpeppar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Str\u00f6br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rberedelse:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u00f6rja med att torka av svampen med en v\u00e5t handduk och ta bort och finhacka stj\u00e4lkarna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 180 \u00b0C.<br>Hetta upp olivoljan i en djup stekpanna eller kastrull och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken och de finhackade svampstj\u00e4lkarna tills de har mjuknat. Tills\u00e4tt salt och peppar (\u00f6verdriv inte med saltet eftersom osten \u00e4r ganska salt i sig). Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6rterna, r\u00f6r om och ta bort fr\u00e5n plattan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt haloumin.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fyll svampen med fyllningen med hj\u00e4lp av en tesked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blanda str\u00f6br\u00f6d med parmesan i en liten sk\u00e5l och t\u00e4ck ytan p\u00e5 varje fylld svamp med blandningen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u00f6rj en bakpl\u00e5t l\u00e4tt med olivolja och l\u00e4gg de fyllda svamparna ovanp\u00e5, n\u00e4ra men utan att de r\u00f6r vid varandra.
