T\u00e4ck med fisken, f\u00f6ljt av tomaterna, rikligt med salt, olivoljan och vattnet. Tills\u00e4tt precis s\u00e5 mycket vatten att det delvis t\u00e4cker fisken. St\u00e4ll p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och l\u00e5t koka upp. T\u00e4ck med lock n\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjar koka och l\u00e5t koka i ytterligare 20 minuter. Skaka kastrullen vid behov, men undvik att r\u00f6ra om med sked. Kontrollera potatisen f\u00f6r att se om den har mjuknat innan du tar bort kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan. Tills\u00e4tt citronsaften och skaka kastrullen en sista g\u00e5ng. L\u00e5t soppan vila i 15 minuter f\u00f6re servering. L\u00e4gg upp fisken p\u00e5 ett fat. Servera soppan och potatisen i sk\u00e5lar.
