Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses graisses saines, comme celles de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et du poisson, ce r\u00e9gime r\u00e9duit des facteurs de risque majeurs, notamment le cholest\u00e9rol et la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en semble <strong>prot\u00e9ger contre le d\u00e9veloppement du diab\u00e8te de type 2 et du syndrome m\u00e9tabolique<\/strong>, et il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il contribue \u00e0 un meilleur contr\u00f4le de la glyc\u00e9mie.
