Ils utilisaient certaines esp\u00e8ces, comme la trompette de la mort (Craterellus), pour leur go\u00fbt et leur ar\u00f4me, en les faisant bouillir dans du lait de ch\u00e8vre. Ce n\u2019est donc pas un hasard s\u2019ils les appelaient la \u00ab&nbsp;nourriture des dieux&nbsp;\u00bb. Ils \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un aliment d\u2019une valeur exceptionnelle, \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 la viande tant sur le plan nutritionnel que gustatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leur saveur, leur texture et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 absorber les ar\u00f4mes en font l\u2019un de mes ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. C\u2019est pourquoi, lorsque je recherche un plat plein de saveur et de caract\u00e8re, je me tourne toujours vers eux. Cette recette de champignons farcis au halloumi, cuits au four, est l\u2019une de mes favorites, car elle associe la saveur des champignons \u00e0 l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du halloumi et des herbes aromatiques, pour un r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 la fois savoureux et l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Champignons au halloumi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 \u00e0 40 champignons de Paris moyens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gros oignon, coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 paquet de halloumi, finement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153 de tasse de parmesan, finement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>feuilles de persil, finement hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse \u00e0 th\u00e9 d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel et poivre du moulin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chapelure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ex\u00e9cution&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencez par essuyer les champignons avec un linge humide, puis retirez les pieds que vous hacherez finement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br>Dans une sauteuse ou un faitout, faites chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive puis faites revenir l\u2019oignon et les pieds de champignons hach\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient fondants. Ajoutez le sel et le poivre du moulin (avec mod\u00e9ration, car les fromages sont sal\u00e9s). Ajoutez les herbes aromatiques, m\u00e9langez et retirez du feu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporez ensuite le halloumi.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une petite cuill\u00e8re, garnissez les champignons avec cette pr\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez la chapelure et le parmesan, puis recouvrez la surface de chaque champignon farci avec ce m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huilez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un plat allant au four et disposez-y les champignons, rapproch\u00e9s mais sans qu\u2019ils se touchent.
