Salez et poivrez, puis m\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une pr\u00e9paration homog\u00e8ne. Fa\u00e7onnez des boulettes de la taille d\u2019une noix (si elles sont difficiles \u00e0 former, ajoutez un peu de farine), passez-les dans la farine, puis faites-les frire dans de l\u2019huile bien chaude jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient dor\u00e9es sur toutes les faces. \u00c9gouttez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire sur du papier absorbant afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9levez 1 litre de bouillon, ajoutez 5 \u00e0 6&nbsp;gouttes d\u2019huile de mastiha et la l\u00e9cithine. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, retirez du feu puis mixez au mixeur plongeant afin de bien dissoudre la l\u00e9cithine. Au moment de l\u2019utilisation, r\u00e9chauffez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (sans porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition) puis battez au mixeur plongeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la confiture de grenade<\/strong><br>Dans une casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, disposez en alternant les graines de grenade et le sucre.<br>Ajoutez le jus de citron, couvrez et laissez reposer une heure et demie.<br>Faites cuire \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la confiture \u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le service<\/strong><br>Coupez le koulouri verticalement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau. \u00c9talez la confiture de grenade \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re.
