Le calcul est effectu\u00e9 en fonction des valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence journali\u00e8res (Daily Values) \u00e9tablies par la Food and Drug Administration (FDA) des \u00c9tats-Unis, en prenant comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence un apport de 2&nbsp;000&nbsp;kcal par jour pour un adulte en bonne sant\u00e9. Selon les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques individuels, le pourcentage de l\u2019AJR peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur ou sup\u00e9rieur.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le raisin <strong>est un fruit \u00e0 faible teneur en calories<\/strong>, une portion de 17&nbsp;grains, soit 85&nbsp;grammes, fournissant seulement environ 60&nbsp;calories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme la plupart des fruits, le raisin est principalement compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau, ce qui explique sa faible teneur en calories. Il est en effet constitu\u00e9 \u00e0 80% d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le reste de sa composition est principalement constitu\u00e9 de glucides, principalement des sucres naturels<\/strong>, qui lui conf\u00e8rent sa saveur sucr\u00e9e. Le raisin <strong>contient \u00e9galement de petites quantit\u00e9s de fibres v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong> qui ont des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 intestinale, notamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il nous fournit aussi des quantit\u00e9s satisfaisantes de vitamine K, une vitamine liposoluble, ainsi que des oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/strong> tels que le cuivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le raisin renferme des carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, tels que le b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne, la lut\u00e9ine et la z\u00e9axanthine, ainsi que des polyph\u00e9nols, des substances aux puissantes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes, aux bienfaits consid\u00e9rables pour notre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de sa haute valeur nutritionnelle, la consommation de raisin <strong>peut offrir de nombreux avantages pour la sant\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, le raisin <strong>peut contribuer \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire en raison de sa forte capacit\u00e9 antioxydante.<\/strong> De nombreuses \u00e9tudes en laboratoire indiquent que l&rsquo;extrait de raisin pr\u00e9sente une puissante action antioxydante et peut r\u00e9duire les dommages oxydatifs caus\u00e9s par les esp\u00e8ces r\u00e9actives de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne (ERO), diminuant ainsi le stress oxydatif.<a href=\"#_edn2\" id=\"_ednref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La consommation de raisins pourrait, en outre, <strong>\u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du risque de d\u00e9velopper un diab\u00e8te sucr\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes dans la litt\u00e9rature ont examin\u00e9 la relation entre la consommation de fruits et l&rsquo;apparition du diab\u00e8te sucr\u00e9, les donn\u00e9es \u00e9tant souvent contradictoires.
