Le calcul est effectu\u00e9 en fonction des valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence journali\u00e8res (Daily Values) \u00e9tablies par la Food and Drug Administration (FDA) des \u00c9tats-Unis, en prenant comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence un apport de 2&nbsp;000&nbsp;kcal par jour pour un adulte en bonne sant\u00e9. Selon les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques individuels, le pourcentage de l\u2019AJR peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur ou sup\u00e9rieur.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, une portion \u2013 soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019une tasse de fruit coup\u00e9 (153 grammes) \u2013 <strong>ne contient que 46 calories et 11,6 grammes de glucides, dont la majorit\u00e9 sont des sucres naturels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La past\u00e8que est compos\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 90% d\u2019eau et <strong>ne contient presque pas de lipides ni de cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elle constitue \u00e9galement une bonne source de vitamines<\/strong>, notamment de vitamine A et de vitamine C, <strong>ainsi que d\u2019oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments<\/strong> tels que le cuivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La past\u00e8que <strong>est une excellente source de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes<\/strong>, comme le b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne, la b\u00eata-cryptoxanthine, la lut\u00e9ine et la z\u00e9axanthine, <strong>et surtout de lycop\u00e8ne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lycop\u00e8ne est un puissant antioxydant de la famille des carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, qui contribue \u00e0 neutraliser les esp\u00e8ces r\u00e9actives de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne (ERO). C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs cette substance qui donne \u00e0 la past\u00e8que sa couleur rouge caract\u00e9ristique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9gration de la past\u00e8que dans notre alimentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, <strong>sa forte teneur en lycop\u00e8ne pourrait lui conf\u00e9rer une action anticanc\u00e9reuse<\/strong>. Cet effet pourrait \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de citrulline et d\u2019arginine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La L-citrulline est un acide amin\u00e9 qui, une fois dans les reins, est converti en arginine, un acide amin\u00e9 riche en azote un facteur cl\u00e9 dans la synth\u00e8se de l&rsquo;oxyde nitrique.
