{"id":11175,"date":"2024-12-20T11:44:13","date_gmt":"2024-12-20T11:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.greekfarms.gov.gr\/main\/?p=11175"},"modified":"2026-01-14T12:17:23","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T12:17:23","slug":"les-produits-laitiers-dans-le-regime-mediterraneen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.greekfarms.gov.gr\/fr\/les-produits-laitiers-dans-le-regime-mediterraneen\/","title":{"rendered":"Les produits laitiers dans le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a>Les produits laitiers, et en particulier le yaourt et le fromage, <strong>occupent une place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante dans la cuisine grecque<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Gr\u00e8ce a en effet une longue tradition en mati\u00e8re de produits laitiers, certains d\u2019entre eux <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant du label AOP<\/strong>, en reconnaissance de leur saveur authentique et de leur haute valeur nutritionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi ces produits figurent la F\u00e9ta, la Graviera Kritis (de Cr\u00e8te), le Metsovone, la Xynomyzithra Kritis (myzithra aigre de Cr\u00e8te), pour ne citer qu\u2019eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, le yaourt grec est un produit populaire qui a <strong>acquis une reconnaissance internationale pour sa haute valeur nutritionnelle et ses bienfaits pour notre sant\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits laitiers constituent un <strong>\u00e9l\u00e9ment nutritionnel d\u2019importance<\/strong>.En effet, ils sont <strong>une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> de \u00ab&nbsp;haute&nbsp;\u00bb qualit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire contenant tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels en quantit\u00e9s suffisantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils contiennent en outre des <strong>graisses, principalement satur\u00e9es, et de petites quantit\u00e9s de glucides<\/strong>, principalement sous forme de sucres simples, le principal d\u2019entre eux \u00e9tant le lactose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits laitiers sont \u00e9galement <strong>connus pour leur forte teneur en calcium et en phosphore<\/strong>, des min\u00e9raux essentiels pour la sant\u00e9 de nos os et de nos dents, et sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme l&rsquo;<strong>une des meilleures sources de vitamine B2 (riboflavine)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains produits laitiers, tels que le yaourt grec traditionnel et certains fromages, <strong>sont une excellente source de probiotiques<\/strong>. Selon l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la Sant\u00e9, les probiotiques sont des micro-organismes vivants qui, lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont ing\u00e9r\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9s suffisantes, peuvent apporter des bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 de leur h\u00f4te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de produits laitiers dans notre alimentation peut avoir des avantages significatifs pour notre sant\u00e9.<a href=\"#_edn1\" id=\"_ednref1\">[1]<\/a> En particulier, les produits laitiers <strong>peuvent avoir un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur la sant\u00e9 des os<\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur forte teneur en min\u00e9raux importants. Par ailleurs, <strong>le yaourt peut avoir un effet protecteur contre l&rsquo;apparition du diab\u00e8te de type&nbsp;2<\/strong> \u2013 une all\u00e9gation approuv\u00e9e en 2024 par la Food and Drug Administration (FDA) des \u00c9tats-Unis. <a href=\"#_edn2\" id=\"_ednref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits laitiers <strong>peuvent contribuer \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 intestinale<\/strong>, car ils sont une importante source naturelle de probiotiques.
