Cependant, les documents les plus importants sur le vin datent de la p\u00e9riode classique, lorsque le vin s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la vie culturelle et sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vin \u00e9tait directement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la <strong>vie religieuse<\/strong>. Le dieu <strong>Dionysos<\/strong>, dieu et protecteur du vin et de la vigne, de la joie et du th\u00e9\u00e2tre, \u00e9tait v\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les Grecs de l&rsquo;Antiquit\u00e9, tandis que les <strong>Jeux dionysiaques<\/strong> \u00e9taient de grandes f\u00eates avec des danses, des repr\u00e9sentations th\u00e9\u00e2trales et des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations dans lesquelles le vin jouait un r\u00f4le central. Sa production, sa consommation et son association avec les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies religieuses, les f\u00eates et les banquets faisaient du vin non seulement un aliment de base, mais aussi un moyen d&rsquo;interaction sociale et d&rsquo;hospitalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques mill\u00e9naires plus tard, les Grecs ne glorifient peut-\u00eatre plus le dieu Dionysos, mais le vin occupe une place de choix sur leurs tables et a trouv\u00e9 sa place sur les march\u00e9s internationaux. Le vin grec jouit d\u00e9sormais d&rsquo;une reconnaissance internationale pour sa qualit\u00e9 et les producteurs grecs ont fait revivre des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s oubli\u00e9es ou en ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 de nouvelles et ont appliqu\u00e9 des techniques de vinification alliant <strong>tradition<\/strong> et m\u00e9thodes modernes. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la Gr\u00e8ce est l&rsquo;un des principaux producteurs de vin de <strong>l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne<\/strong>, et le vin est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de l&rsquo;industrie du tourisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux <strong>c\u00e9pages locaux<\/strong>, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par leur <strong>diversit\u00e9<\/strong> et leur <strong>r\u00e9sistance aux conditions climatiques<\/strong>, sont aujourd&rsquo;hui cultiv\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du pays, qui pr\u00e9sentent des microclimats et des sols uniques. Certaines vari\u00e9t\u00e9s sont anciennes et font partie de l&rsquo;histoire du pays, tandis que d&rsquo;autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es plus r\u00e9cemment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Cr\u00e8te poss\u00e8de un large \u00e9ventail de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s locales, qui associent le riche <strong>patrimoine culturel<\/strong> de l&rsquo;\u00eele \u00e0 ses conditions climatiques et p\u00e9dologiques uniques. De <strong>Kotsifali<\/strong> et <strong>Vidiano<\/strong>\u00e0 <strong>Liatiko<\/strong> et <strong>Thrapsathiri<\/strong>, les vins de Cr\u00e8te sont excellents, avec une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de saveurs et d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes qui expriment l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00eele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En remontant un peu plus haut, mais en restant dans une \u00eele au sol volcanique, on ne peut manquer de mentionner les vins de Santorin, qui sont ceux qui ont le plus contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre le vignoble grec \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. On y trouve le vinsanto, le vin doux Assyrtiko et l&rsquo;atheri, un vin issu de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le P\u00e9loponn\u00e8se, les vins de N\u00e9m\u00e9e se distinguent, mais on y trouve de nombreux c\u00e9pages remarquables comme le moscofilero, le cognassier, le rhoditis et le fameux Mavrodaphne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En arrivant dans le nord de la Gr\u00e8ce, Naoussa est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour sa forte acidit\u00e9 et ses tanins intenses, Kilkis pour son goumenissa et son negoska, deux vins qui font de plus en plus d&rsquo;adeptes ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, tandis qu&rsquo;\u00e0 Tyrnavos, on a perfectionn\u00e9 la version ros\u00e9e du c\u00e9page limniona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques-uns des vins produits en Gr\u00e8ce, qui est \u00e9galement r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses spiritueux, dont le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre est l&rsquo;ouzo, un spiritueux exclusivement grec. Il est produit sur l&rsquo;\u00eele de Lesbos et son ar\u00f4me anis\u00e9 ne peut que vous enchanter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toujours dans les \u00eeles du nord de la mer \u00c9g\u00e9e, on ne peut manquer de mentionner la liqueur de mastic de Chios, qui est produite de mani\u00e8re traditionnelle, exclusivement sur l&rsquo;\u00eele de Chios. Bien entendu, dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions de Gr\u00e8ce, le tsipouro, qui est inextricablement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;hospitalit\u00e9 et aux divertissements grecs, ne manque pas \u00e0 la table, avec le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre de tous, le tsipouro de Tirnavos. La tsikoudia cr\u00e9toise est \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un spiritueux remarquable, une boisson intimement li\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>l&rsquo;hospitalit\u00e9 cr\u00e9toise<\/strong>. Elle est souvent offerte aux visiteurs en signe d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 et de bienvenue, et est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s populaire lors de diverses c\u00e9l\u00e9brations et r\u00e9unions familiales.
