Se on muun muassa runsasravinteinen ja tarjoaa <strong>runsaasti etuja aikuisten terveydelle<\/strong>, suojelee heit\u00e4 kroonisilta sairauksilta ja parantaa heid\u00e4n yleist\u00e4 terveytt\u00e4\u00e4n ja hyvinvointiaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vuosien varrella <strong>useissa epidemiologisissa tutkimuksissa on selvitetty V\u00e4limeren ruokavalion hy\u00f6dyllisi\u00e4 ominaisuuksia<\/strong> syd\u00e4n- ja verisuonitautiriskin ja siihen liittyv\u00e4n kuolleisuuden osalta. Er\u00e4s varhaisimmista tutkimuksista, joissa korostettiin V\u00e4limeren ruokavalion my\u00f6nteisi\u00e4 vaikutuksia syd\u00e4nterveyteen, oli nk. seitsem\u00e4n maan tutkimus.
