The locals prefer their fish grilled, while another dish certainly worth trying is squid stuffed with rice and raisins. That same stuffing is used in the local stuffed peppers. Patmian cheese pie is unique, as it marries savoury cheeses with the sweetness of cinnamon and a dash of sugar.
