Die Berechnung basiert auf t\u00e4glichen Referenzwerten (Daily Values) der US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), auf der Grundlage von 2000 kcal pro Tag f\u00fcr einen durchschnittlichen, gesunden Erwachsenen.&nbsp;Je nach individuellem Energiebedarf kann der RDI-Prozentsatz niedriger oder h\u00f6her ausfallen.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Feta ist <strong>ein Lebensmittel mit hohem N\u00e4hrwert<\/strong>, da er reich an N\u00e4hrstoffen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genauer stellt Feta <strong>eine ausgezeichnete Quelle f\u00fcr hochwertiges Eiwei\u00df <\/strong>dar, da sein Eiwei\u00df alle essenziellen Aminos\u00e4uren in idealen Proportionen enth\u00e4lt. Essenzielle Aminos\u00e4uren sind diejenigen, die der Organismus nicht selbst erzeugen kann und \u00fcber die Nahrung aufnehmen muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feta <strong>enth\u00e4lt zudem Fett, haupts\u00e4chlich ges\u00e4ttigtes Fett<\/strong>, sowie <strong>geringe Mengen an Kohlenhydraten, haupts\u00e4chlich in Form von Einfachzuckern<\/strong> wie Laktose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zudem ist Feta <strong>eine gute Quelle f\u00fcr Vitamine<\/strong>, wie etwa Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) und Vitamin B12, <strong>sowie f\u00fcr Mineralstoffe<\/strong>, wie etwa Kalzium und Phosphor, die unter anderem f\u00fcr die Gesundheit der Knochen und Z\u00e4hne wichtig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Feta im Rahmen einer gesunden und ausgewogenen Ern\u00e4hrung verzehrt wird, <strong>kann das positive Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit haben<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insbesondere kann Feta zu einer guten Darmgesundheit beitragen, da er als fermentiertes Lebensmittel Probiotika enth\u00e4lt, lebende Mikroorganismen, die die Darmflora verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehrere Studien haben gezeigt, dass eine gesunde Darmflora von entscheidender Bedeutung ist, <strong>sowohl f\u00fcr eine gute Darmgesundheit als auch f\u00fcr die allgemeine Gesundheit<\/strong>. Daher empfiehlt es sich, beim Verzehr von Feta vorsichtig zu sein und dabei ggf. die Menge an Salz in den anderen Lebensmitteln in der gleichen Mahlzeit zu verringern.
