Die Berechnung basiert auf t\u00e4glichen Referenzwerten (Daily Values) der US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), auf der Grundlage von 2000 kcal pro Tag f\u00fcr einen durchschnittlichen, gesunden Erwachsenen. Je nach individuellem Energiebedarf kann der RDI-Prozentsatz niedriger oder h\u00f6her ausfallen.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohnen <strong>sind ein Nahrungsmittel mit hohem N\u00e4hrwert<\/strong>, da sie verschiedene Makro- und Mikron\u00e4hrstoffe auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise vereinen, die f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit unerl\u00e4sslich sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genauer stellen Bohnen <strong>eine der wichtigsten pflanzlichen Quellen f\u00fcr Eiwei\u00df<\/strong> dar, was besonders f\u00fcr Menschen wichtig ist, die fasten oder sich vegetarisch ern\u00e4hren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gleichzeitig sind sie eine hervorragende Quelle f\u00fcr Ballaststoffe, die f\u00fcr eine gute Darmgesundheit sehr wichtig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben ihrem hohen Gehalt an Eiwei\u00df und Ballaststoffen sind Bohnen <strong>eine hervorragende Quelle f\u00fcr B-Vitamine<\/strong>, wie etwa Fols\u00e4ure, <strong>sowie wichtige Spurenelemente<\/strong> wie Eisen, Magnesium, Kupfer und Mangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund ihres N\u00e4hrwertprofils k\u00f6nnen Bohnen ein wirkungsvoller Verb\u00fcndeter f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Verzehr von H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten, einschlie\u00dflich Bohnen, kann bedeutende Vorteile f\u00fcr die Herzgesundheit haben. Eine Metaanalyse von sieben prospektiven Studien ergab, dass eine h\u00f6here Aufnahme von H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchten mit einer <strong>Verringerung des Risikos kardiovaskul\u00e4rer Ereignisse von 8&nbsp;% verbunden war<\/strong>.<a href=\"#_edn2\" id=\"_ednref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die kardioprotektive Wirkung ist m\u00f6glicherweise zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren auf die Verbesserung von Herz-Kreislauf-Risikofaktoren, wie etwa eines gest\u00f6rten Lipidprofils. Bekannterma\u00dfen steigern Ballaststoffe das S\u00e4ttigungsgef\u00fchl und helfen, den Hunger zu regulieren.
