Bergtee ist ein traditionelles griechisches Getr\u00e4nk<\/strong> aus der Pflanze Sideritis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Kraut gedeiht in den mediterranen Gebirgsregionen, wie auch in Griechenland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genauer gibt es in Griechenland \u00fcber 17 verschiedene Arten der Pflanze Sideritis<\/strong>, die in bestimmten Gebieten des Landes wachsen. Zu den bekanntesten Arten z\u00e4hlen<\/strong> der Olympische Bergtee (Sideritis scardica), der Parnassische Bergtee (Sideritis raeseri) und der Kretische Bergtee (Sideritis syriaca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Griechenland wird Bergtee oft traditionell geerntet, um die hohe Qualit\u00e4t und die N\u00e4hrstoffe zu erhalten<\/strong>. Viele Pflanzen werden sogar biologisch und ohne D\u00fcngemittel oder Pestizide angebaut, wodurch die Reinheit des Produkts erhalten bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bergtee hat keine Kalorien<\/strong>, da er keinerlei nennenswerte Mengen an Kohlenhydraten, Eiwei\u00df oder Fett enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es enth\u00e4lt jedoch wichtige andere Verbindungen<\/strong>, wie etwa Terpene, Flavonoide, Iridoide, Cumarine, Lignane, Sterole und verschiedene \u00e4therische \u00d6le, denen seine wohltuende Wirkung auf unsere Gesundheit zugeschrieben wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So sind zum Beispiel Flavonoide, eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Klassen phenolischer Verbindungen, bekannt f\u00fcr ihre entz\u00fcndungshemmenden und antioxidativen Eigenschaften<\/strong> und sie werden mit zahlreichen Vorteilen f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit in Verbindung gebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bergtee enth\u00e4lt zahlreiche N\u00e4hrstoffe mit bedeutenden Vorteilen f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit.[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seine therapeutischen Eigenschaften sind schon lange bekannt<\/strong>, da Bergtee in der traditionellen Medizin zur Behandlung vieler Krankheiten<\/strong>, wie etwa Grippe, Erk\u00e4ltungen und Magen-Darm-St\u00f6rungen (z. B. Geschw\u00fcre und Verdauungsst\u00f6rungen) verwendet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenngleich nur wenige Studien dazu vorliegen, zeigt Bergtee ein vielversprechendes therapeutisches Potenzial zur Linderung neurodegenerativer Erkrankungen<\/strong>, wie etwa der Alzheimer-Krankheit. Seine phenolischen und anderen bioaktiven Verbindungen scheinen die kognitive Funktion zu verbessern, es sind aber noch weitere Studien erforderlich, um die Wirkungsmechanismen und Wirksamkeit beim Menschen zu best\u00e4tigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zudem liegen Hinweise daf\u00fcr vor, dass Bergtee dabei helfen kann, das \u201eschlechte\u201c Cholesterin<\/strong> (LDL-C<\/strong>) zu senken<\/strong>, das Lipidprofil zu verbessern und m\u00f6glicherweise das Risiko von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen zu verringern.[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abschlie\u00dfend zeigen mehrere Studien, dass \u00e4therische \u00d6le aus verschiedenen Sideritisarten eine deutliche antimikrobielle Wirkung<\/strong> gegen h\u00e4ufig anzutreffende pathogene Mikroorganismen aufweisen und so vor Infektionen sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insgesamt gilt, dass Bergtee ein wertvolles Geschenk der griechischen Natur ist, mit zahlreichen Vorz\u00fcgen f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
