Sie nutzten einige Arten, wie zum Beispiel \u201edas Horn der Amalthea\u201c (Trompetenpilze), wegen ihres Geschmacks und Aromas und kochten sie in Ziegenmilch. Es war kein Zufall, dass sie als \u201eSpeise der G\u00f6tter\u201c bezeichnet wurden. Sie galten als au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich wertvolles Lebensmittel, das in N\u00e4hrwert und Geschmack sogar dem Fleisch ebenb\u00fcrtig war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihr Geschmack, ihre Textur und ihre F\u00e4higkeit, Aromen aufzunehmen, machen sie zu einer meiner Lieblingszutaten. Aus diesem Grund greife ich immer wieder auf sie zur\u00fcck, wenn ich etwas Geschmackvolles und Charaktervolles zubereiten m\u00f6chte. Dieses Rezept f\u00fcr gef\u00fcllte Pilze mit Halloumi ist eines meiner Lieblingsrezepte, da es den Geschmack von Pilzen mit der Intensit\u00e4t von Halloumi und Kr\u00e4utern zu einem k\u00f6stlichen und dennoch leichten Gericht vereint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gef\u00fcllte Pilze mit Halloumi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30\u201340\u00a0mittelgro\u00dfe wei\u00dfe Pilze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0gro\u00dfe Zwiebel, gew\u00fcrfelt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0Packung Halloumi, fein gerieben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2153\u00a0Tasse Parmesan, fein gerieben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petersilienbl\u00e4tter, fein gehackt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2\u00a0Teetasse Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und frisch gemahlener Pfeffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semmelbr\u00f6sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zuerst die Pilze mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen und die Stiele abschneiden und fein hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Backofen auf 180\u00a0\u00b0C vorheizen.<br>In einer tiefen Bratpfanne oder einem Kochtopf Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und die Zwiebeln und die gehackten Stiele der Pilze glasig anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen (sparsam, da sp\u00e4ter noch salziger K\u00e4se hinzugef\u00fcgt wird). Die Kr\u00e4uter dazugeben, umr\u00fchren und vom Herd nehmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dann den Halloumi hinzugeben.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Pilze mit einem L\u00f6ffel mit der Mischung f\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel die Semmelbr\u00f6sel mit dem Parmesan vermischen und die gef\u00fcllten Pilze damit bestreuen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein Backblech leicht mit Oliven\u00f6l einfetten und die gef\u00fcllten Pilze nicht zu eng nebeneinander darauf verteilen.
