Zutaten:<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Loukoumades<\/strong>
240 g lauwarme Milch
240 g lauwarmes Wasser
15 g Trockenhefe (2 P\u00e4ckchen)
450 g Mehl
2 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker
1 gestrichener Teel\u00f6ffel Salz
4 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l
\u00d6l zum Frittieren<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Garnierung<\/strong>
350 g Honig
gemahlener Zimt
fein gehackte Waln\u00fcsse<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Schokoladensauce<\/strong>
200 g gehackte Kuvert\u00fcre
110 g Wasser
75 g Zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wasser und Hefe in die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit einer Gabel verr\u00fchren und 5 Minuten warten, bis sich die Hefe vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die restlichen Zutaten f\u00fcr den Teig in dieselbe Sch\u00fcssel geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Mischung mit dem R\u00fchrbesen der K\u00fcchenmaschine (oder mit dem Schneebesen) etwa 2 Minuten lang auf h\u00f6chster Stufe schlagen, bis sie dickfl\u00fcssig wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Alternativ dazu kann der Teig auch von Hand mit dem Schneebesen glattger\u00fchrt werden.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Sch\u00fcssel mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken und den Teig an einem warmen Ort mindestens eine Stunde gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zum Frittieren der Loukoumades ausreichend \u00d6l in einen mittelgro\u00dfen Kochtopf geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das \u00d6l erhitzen. Etwas Teig hineingeben, um zu testen, ob das \u00d6l hei\u00df genug ist. Wenn es zischt, ist das \u00d6l hei\u00df genug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Einen Essl\u00f6ffel in Wasser eintauchen und dann damit einen L\u00f6ffel von dem Teig nehmen und in das hei\u00dfe \u00d6l geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den Vorgang wiederholen und den L\u00f6ffel jeweils vorher anfeuchten, damit der Teig leichter zu handhaben ist, bis die Bratpfanne mit Loukoumades bedeckt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Loukoumades w\u00e4hrend des Frittierens mit einem Schauml\u00f6ffel wenden, bis sie auf allen Seiten goldbraun sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dann die Loukoumades auf einen mit K\u00fcchenpapier ausgelegten Teller legen, um das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige \u00d6l aufzusaugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit dem restlichen Teig entsprechend wiederholen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die fertigen Loukoumades auf einen gro\u00dfen Teller legen, mit warmem Honig betr\u00e4ufeln und mit Zimt und N\u00fcssen bestreuen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wer es schokoladiger mag, kann die Loukoumades mit Schokoladensauce \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Sauce Zucker und Wasser in einen kleinen Kochtopf geben und zum K\u00f6cheln bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\u20132 Minuten lang unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis sich der Zucker vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die gehackte Schokolade hinzugeben und weiter r\u00fchren, bis sie geschmolzen und die Mischung glatt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die hei\u00dfe Schokolade \u00fcber die Loukoumades tr\u00e4ufeln, mit gehackten N\u00fcssen oder Mandeln bestreuen und genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
