Sobald sie <em>al dente<\/em> sind, abgie\u00dfen und sofort in eine gro\u00dfe Salatsch\u00fcssel geben. Die in Scheiben geschnittene Gurke, den Thunfisch und einige ebenfalls in Scheiben geschnittene Radieschen hinzuf\u00fcgen. Grobes Salz, Oliven\u00f6l und Zitronensaft dazugeben und gut vermischen. Zum Schluss mit K\u00fcrbis- und Sonnenblumenkernen bestreuen. Als Hauptgericht oder Beilage servieren.
