Wie verkohlte Pflanzenreste aus arch\u00e4ologischen St\u00e4tten im pr\u00e4historischen Griechenland belegen, wurden ab dem 7.&nbsp;Jahrtausend v.&nbsp;Chr. zahlreiche Getreidesorten angebaut. Weizensorten wie Einkorn, Emmer, Triticum timopheevii sowie herk\u00f6mmlicher oder Hartweizen bildeten zusammen mit Gerste jahrtausendelang grundlegende Bestandteile der Ern\u00e4hrung. Neben Getreide wurden auch Trauben systematisch gesammelt, zun\u00e4chst von wild wachsenden, und sp\u00e4ter von kultivierten Weinreben. Diese arch\u00e4ologischen Daten belegen zudem, dass in Nordgriechenland ab dem 5.&nbsp;Jahrtausend v.&nbsp;Chr. gen\u00fcgend Trauben f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Rotwein erzeugt wurden, was durch die vielen Traubenkerne und den Trester belegt wird, die in einem um 4300 v.&nbsp;Chr. niedergebrannten, neolithischen Haus gefunden wurden. Valamoti, Berge in Chalkidiki, 2011.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Geschichte finden sich zahlreiche Hinweise antiker griechischer Schriftsteller auf Getreide sowie auf eine Vielzahl von darauf basierenden Zubereitungen sowie auf Weinreben und die daraus hergestellten Produkte wie Wein, Essig und Trester. Wein und Getreide werden bereits im 8.&nbsp;Jahrhundert v.&nbsp;Chr. in Homers Ilias gemeinsam als Zutaten erw\u00e4hnt, die Kraft und Mut verleihen. Diese beiden Grundzutaten finden sich gemeinsam auch in einer Passage von Archilochos (7.&nbsp;Jahrhundert v.&nbsp;Chr.), in der Krieger in der Schlacht Brot und Wein mitf\u00fchren. Unter den zahlreichen Zubereitungen auf Getreide- und Weinrebenbasis in der reichen antiken griechischen Literatur findet sich auch eine interessante Kombination aus Getreide und Wein, bekannt als <em>Oinoutta<\/em>. Oinoutta findet sich im Reichtum des Aristophanes (5.\u20134.&nbsp;Jahrhundert v.&nbsp;Chr.), wo der Begriff als Nachtisch auf Grundlage von Mehl, Wein und \u00d6l interpretiert wird. Viel sp\u00e4ter, in den Deipnosophistai des Athenaios (2.\u20133.&nbsp;Jahrhundert n.&nbsp;Chr.), findet sich eine \u00e4hnliche Kombination in einer kretischen S\u00fc\u00dfigkeit namens <em>Glykinas<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obwohl keine n\u00e4heren Einzelheiten \u00fcber die Zubereitung dieses Rezepts bekannt sind, erinnert die Kombination an traditionelle Kekse oder Kuchen, in denen Mehl und Wein kombiniert werden, wie sie beispielsweise in Methysmena-Keksen oder den Keksen mit Wein in verschiedenen Regionen des griechischen Festlands und der Inseln zu finden sind. Heutzutage wird s\u00fc\u00dfer Geschmack meist durch Zucker erzeugt, wir k\u00f6nnen uns aber auch vorstellen, dass \u00e4hnliche antike Zubereitungen mit Most oder Honig ges\u00fc\u00dft
