So k\u00f6nnen wir die lokale Wirtschaft st\u00e4rken und die Bedeutung der griechischen K\u00fcche im Ausland st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir m\u00fcssen die griechische Gastronomie mit dem Tourismus verbinden. Der griechische Tourismus bietet internationalen Besuchern ein modernes gastronomisches Erlebnis mit einem Fokus auf hoher Qualit\u00e4t und authentischem Geschmack. So vermitteln wir Besuchern ein authentisches Gef\u00fchl griechischer Gastfreundschaft durch die K\u00fcche und wir verbinden dabei das Essen mit dem Erlebnis des griechischen Sommers. Die griechische Gastronomie kann sich auf internationalen M\u00e4rkten behaupten und einen authentischen Geschmack anbieten, der auf ein globales Publikum abgestimmt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extrovertiertheit ist die L\u00f6sung. So wurde zum Beispiel beim National Geographic Street Food Festival in London die K\u00fcche Thessalonikis mit lokalen griechischen Zutaten vor einem voll besetzten Amphitheater pr\u00e4sentiert. Das Publikum konnte dort Aromen entdecken, die von der reichen kulinarischen Tradition Nordgriechenlands inspiriert und mit einem modernen Touch versehen wurden, der globalen Streetfood-Trends entspricht. Der beeindruckende Empfang des Publikums und der Gastronomieexperten setzte Zeichen f\u00fcr die Authentizit\u00e4t der Aromen und st\u00e4rkte die Marke Thessaloniki als gastronomische Botschafterin Griechenlands.
