Die lokale K\u00fcche ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Reiseerlebnisses. Meist m\u00f6chten Touristen auch die Spezialit\u00e4ten jedes Landes probieren, das sie besuchen. Aus diesem Grund m\u00fcssen wir ihnen das Beste anbieten, was Griechenland zu bieten hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir wollen fl\u00fcchtige Trends und fremde Einfl\u00fcsse hinter uns lassen. Uns stehen kr\u00e4ftige, vollmundige Aromen zur Verf\u00fcgung, die den Reichtum unserer Tradition weiter unterstreichen. Wir m\u00fcssen keine Produkte importieren, nur weil sie gerade in Mode sind. Unsere wahre St\u00e4rke liegt in der Einzigartigkeit der griechischen K\u00fcche, in unseren Wurzeln, einfach in dem, was uns von anderen Esskulturen unterscheidet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir m\u00fcssen uns auf das konzentrieren, was Griechenland uns gibt. Es hat keinen Sinn, K\u00fcchentrends zu importieren, vielmehr sollten wir unsere eigenen exportieren. Die Bewahrung der Tradition ist untrennbar mit dem l\u00e4ndlichen Leben verbunden. Viele Landwirte haben heute mit Schwierigkeiten zu k\u00e4mpfen und verlassen schlie\u00dflich ihr Land. Und wenn die lokale Produktion verloren geht, werden wir griechische Erzeugnisse bald nur noch zu unversch\u00e4mten Preisen und von minderer Qualit\u00e4t oder \u00fcberhaupt nicht finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Importierte Produkte belasten nicht nur die Umwelt, zudem verlieren sie unterwegs an Frische und Geschmack. Griechische Produkte auf der anderen Seite sind dank des einzigartigen Klimas unseres Landes in Qualit\u00e4t und Geschmack unvergleichlich. So ist beispielsweise der Untergrund der griechischen Meere felsig, was den Fisch so k\u00f6stlich macht. Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr das Vieh \u2013 griechisches Schweinefleisch, Lamm, Ziege und Huhn sind von hervorragender Qualit\u00e4t. F\u00fcr K\u00f6che ist es wichtig, griechische Erzeuger zu unterst\u00fctzen, selbst wenn ihre Erzeugnisse etwas teurer sind als die importierten, denn dieses Geld flie\u00dft in die Region zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sicherlich gibt es K\u00f6che, die sich schwertun, die authentische lokale K\u00fcche zu pr\u00e4sentieren. Die eigentliche Herausforderung ist jedoch, unsere Wurzeln lebendig zu halten, denn sie machen uns erst zu etwas Besonderem. Der Besucher muss es sp\u00fcren, in Griechenland gegessen zu haben \u2013 mit dem Geschmack und dem Duft unseres Landes, die ihm im Ged\u00e4chtnis bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bevor wir Exporte in Betracht ziehen, m\u00fcssen wir unsere Produkte jedoch erst selbst kennenlernen, sie wertsch\u00e4tzen und in unseren Alltag integrieren. Der Tourismus boomt und damit w\u00e4chst die Nachfrage nach n Restaurants, K\u00f6chen und Arbeitskr\u00e4ften \u2013 und damit auch nach einer Steigerung der Produktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man stelle sich nur vor, was aus Griechenland werden k\u00f6nnte, wenn alle Unternehmen nur noch lokale Erzeugnisse verwenden w\u00fcrden. Die lokale Wirtschaft w\u00fcrde gest\u00e4rkt, Kleinerzeuger w\u00fcrden florieren und die Authentizit\u00e4t der griechischen K\u00fcche w\u00fcrde zu unserem Markenzeichen werden. Kooperativen, Dorffrauen und traditionelle B\u00e4ckereien k\u00f6nnen dabei eine entscheidende Rolle spielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es ist zum Beispiel unm\u00f6glich, in einem Lokal auf einem Berg auf Kreta nicht den lokalen K\u00e4se der Hirten der Region zu servieren. Wir m\u00fcssen dranbleiben, wir m\u00fcssen dies st\u00e4ndig kommunizieren und wir m\u00fcssen andere inspirieren. Der Koch muss dabei nicht nur kreieren, sondern auch vermitteln. Er ist es, der die lokalen Erzeugnisse der Welt pr\u00e4sentiert, sie in den Vordergrund stellt und zu den Protagonisten des Erlebnisses macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
