Die Berechnung basiert auf t\u00e4glichen Referenzwerten (Daily Values) der US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), auf der Grundlage von 2000 kcal pro Tag f\u00fcr einen durchschnittlichen, gesunden Erwachsenen. Je nach individuellem Energiebedarf kann der RDI-Prozentsatz niedriger oder h\u00f6her ausfallen.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Joghurt ist <strong>ein n\u00e4hrstoffreiches Lebensmittel<\/strong>, das reich an Eiwei\u00df, Vitaminen und Mikron\u00e4hrstoffen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genauer gesagt stellt Joghurt <strong>eine ausgezeichnete Quelle f\u00fcr \u201ehochwertiges\u201c Eiwei\u00df<\/strong> dar, da die darin enthaltenen Eiwei\u00dfe alle essenziellen Aminos\u00e4uren in idealen Proportionen enthalten. Also diejenigen Aminos\u00e4uren, die der Organismus nicht selbst erzeugen kann und \u00fcber die Nahrung aufnehmen muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joghurt <strong>enth\u00e4lt zudem Fett<\/strong>, haupts\u00e4chlich ges\u00e4ttigtes Fett, sowie <strong>geringe Mengen an Kohlenhydraten, haupts\u00e4chlich in Form von Einfachzuckern<\/strong> wie Laktose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferner ist Joghurt <strong>eine ausgezeichnete Quelle f\u00fcr Mineralien<\/strong> wie Kalzium und Phosphor <strong>sowie f\u00fcr Vitamine<\/strong> wie Riboflavin und Vitamin B12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie erw\u00e4hnt, enth\u00e4lt traditioneller griechischer Joghurt Probiotika, d.&nbsp;h. lebende Mikroorganismen, die zur <strong>Erhaltung einer gesunden Darmflora<\/strong> beitragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund der N\u00e4hrstoffzusammensetzung ist er eine der ges\u00fcndesten Optionen mit erheblichen Vorteilen f\u00fcr unsere Gesundheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insbesondere haben die Daten verschiedener epidemiologischer Studien eine signifikante Wirkung von Joghurt auf Herz-Kreislauf-Risikofaktoren wie Bluthochdruck dargelegt. Eine Metaanalyse von neun prospektiven Studien zeigte, dass jede Erh\u00f6hung des Joghurtkonsums um eine Portion\/Tag eine Verringerung des Diabetesrisikos um 18&nbsp;% mit sich brachte.<a href=\"#_edn3\" id=\"_ednref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann Joghurt <strong>zu einer besseren Gewichtskontrolle<\/strong> und zu <strong>einer guten Darmgesundheit<\/strong> beitragen.
